sql.media is a collection of works from Sonja Quartz Leaf. Sonja is a Senior Software Engineer at Clockwork, a digital agency in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With their background in structured query language, complex systems architecture, automation, and software engineering, Sonja works to deliver quality experiences in the software and audio domains. Their software background includes dozens of languages, frameworks, and platforms.

Since 2006, Sonja has partnered with brands like Nintendo, Microsoft, Wells Fargo, and Alliance for a Healthier Generation to deliver software solutions on desktop, native, web, and consoles.

Since 2020, they have released music as part of the duo Lunch Spectre and in 2023, Sonja released their first two solo albums as Dino Panda: Songs for UFOs and Hallway Starlight. Through various groups, Sonja has taken the stage at First Avenue in the 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s. In 2024, Sonja began working with Eldest Daughter as a bassist and producer.
